We offer two senior housing options on our campus for seniors who can live an independent lifestyle and are income-qualified: Soundview Low-Savin Apartments, our nine-story tower with 135 spacious units, and Meadow Lane Apartments, 32 bright residences located on the top two floors of our newest building.

When you step into the lobby of either residence, you’ll feel right at home. Both provide pleasant, maintenance-free living environments where residents can enjoy wellness, socialization, and an independent lifestyle.

Gracious Living

You can live the life you want to lead in our independent senior housing. Enjoy the privacy of your own apartment, while having the opportunity to socialize with your neighbors. Plus, you can enjoy the peace of mind that our campus of comprehensive care provides. If at any time your health care situation changes, United Hebrew offers an array of care services, including home health care, that allow you to age in place.

  • Apartments adapted to those with mobility challenges
  • Call buttons linked to 24-hour security
  • Recreation rooms
  • Library stocked with books, available for meeting space

  • Computer rooms with WiFi
  • Laundry rooms


United Hebrew’s independent senior housing is designed for those 62 years of age or older, or those with mobility challenges.

Individuals must also have incomes within the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines to qualify.
