Serena Foy
Director of Human Resources

Serena Foy oversees the recruitment, orientation, and retention of 800+ employees on United Hebrew’s campus of senior care services, which include skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care. She has 15+ years of human resources experience in an array of settings, including several senior roles at nursing homes in the region.
Her expertise spans hiring and employee relations, labor relations, payroll management, employee benefit administration, and training, coaching, and staff development. Over the course of her career, she served in a variety of senior HR roles at nursing homes. Foy earned a bachelor’s degree in human services at the College of New Rochelle. She’s thrilled to be at United Hebrew, helping to maintain its reputation as a great place to work.
